Ronaldo M. Assumpção Filho is a partner in the Corporate Law team at Miguel Neto Advogados, working with business contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), structured debt transactions, corporate financing, investment funds, and private equity.

Over the course of his career, he has worked at renowned law firms and major multinational corporations, developing a strategic, business-oriented approach that is always aligned with clients’ needs. His pragmatic mindset and versatility allow him to navigate complex legal challenges with efficiency and precision.

With in-depth knowledge of the legal and commercial aspects that underpin business transactions, Ronaldo assists companies in structuring and negotiating key contractual instruments that support strategic operations. His experience ranges from commercial and financial contracts to sophisticated frameworks that enable high-value transactions, always focusing on risk mitigation and ensuring business predictability.
