In October 2022, Plastic Omnium [EPA:POM], a French company specializing in the manufacture and marketing of plastic auto parts, acquired Varroc Lighting Systems Brazil, a Tier 1 supplier of automotive lighting systems, which will be integrated with AMLS in the Group’s new lighting division. The transaction is part of the global acquisition of Varroc Lighting Systems. The amount corresponding to each subsidiary has not been disclosed, however, the overall transaction amount is EUR 600M.
