Chocolates TOPCAU

In March 2024, Marilan, one of the largest biscuit manufacturers in Brazil, with brands such as Teens, Lev, Pit Stop and Casa Suíça, signed an agreement to acquire Top Cau, a manufacturer of its own chocolates and those of major brands in the market. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The transaction was approved by CADE and concluded in May 2024.
