In February 2020, the 3 Corações group, a roast and ground coffee maker, acquired a 50% stake in Positive Brands, a company in the segment of vegetable-origin beverages. The transaction amount has not been disclosed. Based in Fortaleza, Positive Brands was founded in 2015 and accounts for 21.7% of the Brazilian market for vegetable-origin drinks, excluding soy products. With the acquisition, the 3 Corações group adds even more value to this segment by strengthening its brand with innovative products and offering greater penetration and capillarity to Positive Brands products.
