The event Arbitration in Brazil and India: dialogue on best practices in arbitration will be held next Thursday (19/10), from 10am to 12pm.

Organized by José Nantala Bádue Freire, of counsel at Miguel Neto Advogados, Lilian Bertolani, Secretary General of The Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration CIESP/FIESP and Neeti Sachdeva, Secretary General of Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration, the event is part of the São Paulo Arbitration Week programm and will only be held in English. In a hybrid format, the meeting will promote dialogue between the arbitration institutions, with the collaboration of distinguished guests, on best practices in arbitration procedures in Brazil and India.
