In June 2023, the M&A transaction signed in October 2022 was completed, where Blau Farmacêutica, a leading Brazilian industry in the production of highly complex medicines and a pioneer in biotechnology, acquired Laboratório Bergamo from Amgen Inc. The transaction value was USD 33.2 million.
