Varroc Lighting Systems, a major supplier of automotive lighting systems, with operations across Europe, the Americas (including Brazil), North Africa and India, was acquired by Plastic Omnium, a French industrial group that is a world leader in innovative connected and sustainable mobility solutions, with a global network of 137 plants and 31 research and development centers.
The €520 million operation was advised by our partner Ronaldo M. Assumpção Filho and our lawyer Juliana Honda, members of the Corporate and M&A team of Miguel Neto Advogados, who represented Varroc Lighting Systems in completing the sale in Brazil.
