Green Building

In line with our values and commitment to help the community and the environment, we are based in a Green Building, that is, a structure designed and built on sustainable practices and achievements. These actions are applied to ensure comfort and high environmental performance of the building for our clients and staff. Our law firm has invested substantially to have its offices located in São Paulo, and in an ecological building that was built to sustain environmentally engaged practices. As an example, our building was built from environmentally friendly and recycled materials, uses less water and electricity than most corporate buildings of the same type, and makes use of renewable energy. Even parking spaces are priority, based on the low emission and fuel efficiency of vehicles, all this to improve air quality inside and around the building.
