Our team takes a strategic approach to the prevention and resolution of corporate disputes, providing legal security and solutions aligned with our clients’ business interests.

In civil litigation, we represent companies in contractual, corporate, civil liability, construction, and engineering disputes, as well as complex insurance claims (such as D&O), among others. We act at all judicial levels, including higher courts, and provide support from the pre-litigation stage — assessing risks and negotiating solutions — to the management of complex administrative and judicial proceedings.

In arbitration, we handle both domestic and international disputes before institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, and CAM-CCBC, developing effective strategies for conflicts involving commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder disputes.
