In May 2020, Blau Farmacêutica completed the acquisition of all shares in the capital of Pharma Limírio Indústria Farmacêutica. The transaction amount was BRL 150M. Located in Anápolis, Goiás, Pharma Limírio operates in the manufacture of injectable allopathic medicines, such as antibiotics. The acquisition reinforces Blau’s strategy of growing its production capacity and expanding new product lines.
